RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Buying products on www.amumu.pl you have the opportunity to return or exchange ordered goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

If you want to return/exchange the ordered products, please inform us by sending the completed form along with the goods to the address:

  • 64-920 Piła

Returned goods should not bear signs of use. It should be complete, include all gratuities received, securely packaged for transport.

If you wish to return the goods, we will refund the amount due for the order, including the cost of delivering the Order to the Customer (except for additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by the Consumer in the Order other than the cheapest ordinary method of delivery offered by the Store. The shipping fee basket incurred when placing the Order is refunded if the Customer returns the Order in its entirety), using the same method chosen to pay for the Order no later than 14 days from the day we receive the completed return form.

In the case of an exchange of goods, we will replace the returned goods with the products indicated in the form (subject to availability).

The cost of returning the order to the store is borne by the buyer.

Customized products are not returnable. They are:

  • Wallpaper,
  • Posters,
  • Gift Cards,
  • Wall stickers,
  • Cleaning products.

We strive to make each of our products professionally made, free of defects. If the product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to make a complaint.

Please send back the completed form, together with the proof of purchase and the product you wish to advertise, to the following address:

The complaint will be processed within 14 days. We will inform you of the decision by e-mail or telephone.

If the complaint is found to be valid, we will replace the defective product with a defect-free product or remove the defect immediately after processing the complaint.
