When will I receive my order?

We ship orders with products we have in stock within 1-3 business days. Orders with “custom” products are shipped within a few – several business days. Information about the lead time can be found when placing an order.
Example: order placed and paid on 10/11/2023. with a lead time of up to 10 working days, will be shipped by 24.11.2023.

What does the information “custom product” mean?

Such information appears next to a specific product and means that the product is out of stock – we sew it only after we receive the paid order. The lead time for such a product is shown when placing an order, as well as in the order confirmation email.

Can I return a “custom” product?

Yes – products marked “on order” are subject to return under the standard conditions specified in the terms and conditions. The only exceptions are products that we do not have in our offer and that we sew on special request of the customer, such as bedding in a custom size, changing the color of velour in a wrap, posters, wallpaper.

Can I return a purchased product?

Yes. The time for return is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment. Return details are available in the Returns tab.

Can I exchange the product I purchased?

Yes. If you want to exchange the product, please contact us by email.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if the order has not yet been packed and shipped. An order to which a shipment has been added cannot be canceled.

I signed up for the newsletter, but did not receive an email with the discount code. What to do?

Write us an email – we will check why your code did not arrive.

I placed an order, but did not receive an email confirmation. Why?

Sometimes external mails, such as gmail. onet, block messages from us or add them to the spam folder. If you have not received confirmation of your order, please email us.

Can I wash the products I purchased, such as the wrap, cocoon?
